2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (may vary by location)

These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

DM Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics partners
  • Customs clearance (for international shipments)
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout
  • We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion

All shipping-related decisions, including pricing and offers, remain at the sole discretion of DM Wellness.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

Customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive the package.

 

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

We reserve the right to:

  • Charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery
  • Cancel the order without refund of shipping charges

 

7. International Shipping

  • We are not liable for shipments held, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities

 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare case of receiving:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Order details

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

All resolutions (replacement/refund) are subject to verification and approval by DM Wellness.
