This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from DM Wellness, operated by Sri Hare Murare Trading Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (health, wellness, and consumable supplements), all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

This policy is in place to maintain strict hygiene standards and ensure the safety and integrity of all our products.

 

2. No Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy on all successfully delivered orders.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Delay in delivery caused by logistics partners
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations or results
  • Failure to read product descriptions, usage guidelines, or suitability

Results from wellness products may vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

 

3. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect item

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo/video evidence
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition (unless damaged in transit)

 

4. Claim Review & Resolution

  • All claims are subject to strict verification and approval by DM Wellness
  • We reserve the sole and absolute right to:
    • Approve or reject any claim
    • Offer a replacement instead of a refund
    • Request additional information or proof

Our decision in such cases shall be final and binding.

 

5. Non-Eligible Claims

We will not accept claims in the following situations:

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product usability
  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

 

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped
  • Cancellation requests made after order confirmation are not guaranteed and are subject to our discretion

 

7. Refund Processing (If Approved)

In rare cases where a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

 

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We take payment disputes seriously.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute:

  • We reserve the right to provide all relevant transaction, delivery, and communication records to the payment provider
  • Fraudulent or unjustified disputes may result in:
    • Permanent restriction from future purchases
    • Legal action where applicable

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

DM Wellness shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses
  • Dissatisfaction arising from product expectations
  • Outcomes related to individual health conditions or results

 

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
