When do I get paid?

Customer Partner and Affiliate commissions are paid monthly.
 Commission period: 1st–30th/31st of every month
 Commission review period: 5–7 business days
 Payout release: By the 10th of the following month

Example: Sales made in May → payout by 10th June

For Stockists:
Profits are earned immediately because they purchase inventory at wholesale pricing and sell at retail margins.

Return & Refund Policy for Partners

Commission is only paid on successfully completed orders.
Commission will not be paid on:
 Cancelled orders
 Refunded orders
 Fraudulent transactions
 Failed payments

If a customer refund occurs after commission payout, the refunded commission may be adjusted in future payouts.

Sales Tracking Dashboard

All eligible partners receive access to:
 Sales dashboard
 Order tracking
 Commission tracking
 Referral link tracking
 Payment history
This creates trust.

Stockist Territory Policy

DM Wellness reserves the right to appoint multiple stockists in the same city/region based on demand.

Compliance / GST Clarification

Customer Partners: No GST required in most cases as you are earning commission income.
Stockists: GST registration may be required depending on turnover and business structure.
Affiliate Partners: Typically no GST required for individual affiliates.

However, for 100% surety check GST compliance details with your CA.
